I’m often questioned what to do for exercises if a person gets trapped away from elegant life. You know, without electricity, fitness clubs with televisions, mechanical diplomacy, etc. what’s left to exercise with? You can lose 20 pounds without whatever thing but you.

You might reckon this is a wasteland situation, but it can also imitate the conditions at home or at a hotel room.Amazingly, it is doable to stay fit, lose stout, and build muscle in the absence of gadgets and gear.
