There are so many weight loss methods available it’s hard to choose which one is right for you.  You have so many dieting choices these days; less carbs, no fats, more protein, diet pills, etc. And then there’s exercise: pilates, yoga, aerobics, weights, walking, running and more.  Even the best weight loss method can use extra help.  Add any or all of these simple weight loss tips to your daily normal.

Keep your meals on a schedule.  You can avoid skipping meals if you have a plot to eat at the same time every day.

Keep a food journal, even if it’s only for a few days.    Don’t feel like you have to spend the rest of your life writing down everything that goes into your mouth.    But if you try this for a few days you’ll be able to see the patterns in your eating habits and you’ll be amazed at how many calories you really get.  We tend to underestimate how many calories we really get each day.

Choose several different workout routines.    Working the same muscles in the same way every day lessens the effectiveness of your workouts, not to mention you’ll be more likely to get bored and give up exercising all collectively. Change things around a small by alternating workout actions.

Get up and get moving. We all know we’re supposed to choose stairs over elevators, park farther away from store entrances. Try adding more movement to your day. You can never get too much movement into your day!

Boost your protein. You can keep your hunger in check, reduce carb cravings and even reduce belly stout by choosing high protein meals. It will also speed up your metabolism allowing you to take up again to burn calories throughout the day.

Try to eat more often. Eating 5 or 6 small meals throughout the day helps keep you from overeating plus it keeps your metabolism working at its best.   You won’t experience the hunger pangs usually associated with dieting.

You can lose weight walking. All you need is a comfortable pair of shoes and it’s simple to fit walking into your schedule. It’s even simple to fit a walk in during your lunch hour since you’re not even working up a sweat.   Even fitting in three 10 minutes walks throughout the day can help you drop pounds.

Switch to green tea.   Green tea and oolong tea have both been found to have weight loss benefits. These teas also control high levels of antioxidants so you get an added healthy bonus.

Try making a vision board. Goal setting is vital to your long term success.   Putting up cinema of things you can relate to will keep you motivated.

Try adding as many of these simple weight loss tips as you can to your everyday normal to help you drop that extra weight.
